The role – "Fetcher, Catcher, Pitcher"

We're looking for an Operations Coordinator who will be at the centre of our day-to-day activities in Christchurch.

You will be the person who:

  • Fetches – tracks down information, materials, and resources to keep production and projects moving
  • Catches – picks up issues early, follows up actions, and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Pitches – brings forward ideas, helps solve problems, and supports continuous improvement across operations and quality

You'll be working in a manufacturing environment regulated by MPI, learning how international business, compliance, and operations come together in the real world.
