Glazing Co-ordinator

We are seeking a contractually savvy construction professional with strong operational experience to provide co-ordination and planning expertise our glazing business units.

You will be responsible for providing administrative and planning support for the projects / contracts and glazing departments and assist with the coordination of the glazing contracts and project work performed by glaziers, installers, measurers and subcontractors - you are the conduit to success.

Your role will involve working closely with internal and external stakeholders driving project performance. Your key duties will include:

- Key communication with customers, clients, builders, site teams
- Planning and allocation team resources and equipment
- Overseeing the delivery of our products on site
- Establishing a control framework and monitoring process for project delivery and reporting including project budgets, resource management and back costing
- Installation administration of the project management process

We are looking for someone who ticks the following boxes:

- Positive, can-do, customer centric, action orientated, results driven, outcome focused team player
- Proven track record as a glazing supervisor / co-ordinator or projects / contracts manager within the construction industry
- Solid business acumen and commercial prowess
- Attention to detail
- Ability to establish and maintain solid working relationships at all levels
- Well-honed influencing and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership and people management skills
