**Role Purpose**:
To develop positive relationships while providing services for sale of products from within the Clearance Center whilst maximizing profitability, opportunity and efficiencies of the Center.

To implement the existing management of Health & Safety and Human Resource requirements and the relevancy to the company and its compliance through all branches.

To create and manage all deliverables for branch and clients and maximizing engagement while developing and implementing effective strategies designed to maximize profitable opportunities within the Center and Group.

**Key Relationships**:
The Clearance Centre Co-Ordinator will work closely with and maintain strong positive relationships with:

- Management
- Branch Operational Staff
- Sales Teams
- Vendors (existing and potential)
- Customers (existing & potential)

**Key Objectives**:

- The Clearance Centre Co-Ordinator is responsible for
- Managing sales, transfer and purchasing requirements within existing budgets while maximizing returns
- Management of stock and maintenance of acceptable levels and movement
- Create strong relationships with all key staff
- Create brand, branch, support service and point of sale consistency through the Group
- Maximizing engagement to assist sales with the assistance of other branches and staff
- Form relationships and offer support to staff while complimenting each other and offerings
- Identify products and channels for sales
- Make sure all H.R tasks are completed, reviewed regularly, and update
- Assisting in achievement of annual budgets, churn, sales targets and margins
- Management of products incoming and outgoing
- Maximizing opportunities across the Group as a whole
- Maximizing sales potentials
- Identifying new opportunities that align with strategic planning

**Key Accountabilities Include**:

- Develop consistency for deliverables and services
- Annual planning, forecasting, analyzing data, manage forecasting and demands
- Facilitation and achievement of the budgets and K.P.I’s targets
- Constantly investigate supply, source and sale of products (including exclusives) beneficial to our point of sale, sales staff, clients and provide relevant information to management where required
- Implement and enforce new policy, design, direction, and engagement as is required by the Group
- Create and enforce strong relationships between staff and clients allowing engagement and solution solving where required making sure policy and procedures are adhered to while doing so
- Ensure systems are in place to identify opportunity’s and they are followed up on when requested
- Ensuring that the Company has knowledge of the potential business volumes of all existing and potential products, including information through use of the Company ERP and existing systems
- To ensure timely effective solutions and service requirements
- Support Group initiatives
- Driving a solid service
- To compliment and assist with the overall Group strategic goals
- Ensuring that the channel works cross functionally with branches, management and executives from other channels
- Any additional tasks deemed necessary by your direct report.

- Understanding clearly stock levels, pricing, margins, and discounting impacts
- Clearly understanding the needs of the company regarding H.R and H&S requirements
- The ability to prioritize and effectively manage time
- The ability to work quickly to tight deadlines under pressure
- Ability to communicate information effectively to a wide range of internal/external contacts and the appropriate business channels.
