About the role

Bachcare is looking for a fantastic Customer Service Representativeto be part of our Guest Sales & Relations team.

We have fixed-term positions available to support our Customer Service Team with the workload before and during the peak season.

The work hours for this role will be between 8 am to 10 pm, across seven days per week on a rotational roster.

Currently available full-time fixed-term position:

  • From 14 November until middle of February

The key responsibilities:

  • Communicate and respond to guest emails via phone calls, email, and live chat in a brand-aligned manner
  • Manage workflow allocation and guest dispute resolution
  • Participate in the documentation of user guides and ensure they remain up to date
  • Work with guests to understand their needs and provide solutions that convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
  • Always strive to surprise and delight our customers through the service and solutions offered

About you

  • Strong computing skills, including Microsoft Suite
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • High levels of professionalism, polite and professional manner, and high attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication.
  • Good conflict resolution skills and strong problem-solving skills
