About the role

We are looking for two Customer Service Representatives to join the Customer Assist team.

In this role, you'll manage both inbound and outbound customer contacts across multiple channels – phone, email, web, and social media – with a focus on first contact resolution. You'll create cases where further investigation is required, support operational campaigns, and consistently deliver an excellent customer experience.

You'll work closely with internal teams and external service partners to ensure smooth operations and the best outcomes for customers.

Your day will include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound customer calls
  • Responding to digital enquiries across email, online forms etc.
  • Applying sound judgement, empathy, and clear communication
  • Escalating issues promptly to ensure effective resolution
  • Collaborating with your team, sharing insights, and supporting engagement activities

About you:

You're an experienced contact centre professional who enjoys variety and thrives in a dynamic, high-volume environment. Telecommunications experience is advantageous but not essential.

You would describe yourself as:
