We're looking for a talented Portfolio Coordinator to help us keep the good energy flowing, on a full-time 6-month fixed term arrangement.
In the interesting and varied role you will provide portfolio administration, reporting, project delivery support and co-ordination to enable the Technology Portfolio to effectively execute initiatives. This position is part of a nationally dispersed team, and is responsible for providing direct support to the Manager, Technology Portfolio and the Project Practice Lead with various portfolio and project activities.
The Portfolio Co-Ordinator plays a critical role in strengthening the effectiveness and resilience of the Technology Portfolio by delivering robust operational support.

(What you will bring)
Along with your relevant qualifications and 5+ years experience working in the project management arena you will have:
- A high degree of skill in MS suite including Office365, MS Teams and SharePoint.
- Familiarity with Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
- Self motivated and driven by deadlines
- Capacity to manage a varied, and at times intense workload
- Excellent written, analytical, and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised, proficient with time management and systematic with an attention to detail.
