In addition, the position will oversee the coordination, documentation, and response to property-related Official Information Act requests (OIAs) and Select Committee inquiries. They will collaborate with regional property teams to prepare necessary approval papers for presentation to the Deputy Chief Executive, Chief Executive, and Board.

We are looking for someone who can jump into a varied and busy environment and can draw on their experience in lease and property management. It would be an advantage to have experience working in government, or large organisations.
**To be successful in this role, we’d expect you will**:
- Proven experience in managing a portfolio of property leases or relevant industry experience
- Proficiency in identifying and managing necessary information within your area, along with the ability to access and present it effectively
- Sound competence in using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Detail-oriented and diligent, displaying accuracy in their work and a strong commitment to tasks
- Excellent relationship Management and communication skills
