As the Paid Media Coordinator you will support and work closely with the Head of Media & Customer Acquisition and the wider team to deliver best in class work.

In your Day to day you will:

- Learn & follow best practice, manage campaigns end to end and work efficiently and effectively on the tools in order to meet the needs of the business
- Own the BAU reporting and budget pacing piece
- Lead the implementation, tagging and reporting insights of multiple marketing campaigns.
- Design the media plan, forecasts and KPis with sign off with the Head of Media & Customer Acquisition
- Work with the team to identify and test a backlog and workflow of optimisation opportunities whether that's in platform, on page or campaign related
- Work and co-ordinate with the campaign team on all new campaigns as we begin to roll out new products and campaigns at scale across 50 cities globally.
- Be flexible and help other team members across the campaign team if and when required

**Skills**
- 2+ years experience in Paid Search
- 2+ years experience more generally in digital implementation, media planning and buying across paid social and any other digital channels
- 2+ years experience utilising Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for reporting
- Strong analytical mind and drive to constantly improve performance, utilising in platform, GA4 and internal data to make decisions
- Strong attention to detail
- An inquisitive mind and a true passion to keep up to date with all of the latest tools and technology within digital media.
- Ability to work well with other team members and their timelines
