**About You**:
You are an experienced Administrator with an eye for detail and adherence to process. You are comfortable with the idea of working in an all-male prison where the men come from all walks of life.
You have well-developed communication skills and the ability to create and nurture effective working relationships with your team and external stakeholders and agencies. You also possess good multi-tasking skills, you are ITC-proficient, and comfortable making recommendations to improve systems and processes as you see them, based on sound logic and reasoned argument.
You are innovative, dedicated, and enthusiastic about being a part of a team that makes a difference in the lives of others.
**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Team Leader: Scheduling Hub, you will work as part of a passionate and committed team who support the Employment & Education function within the prison.
**Key Functions include**:
- Schedule and maintain prisoner details in CMS and IOMS for Employment & Education
- Complete daily, weekly, monthly assurance checks
- Maintain oversight of incidents/misconducts and follow up actions
- Record, track, and report on Employment & Education compliance within relevant systems on a weekly and monthly basis.

To be successful in this role you will have:_**
- A high level of integrity and trust with experience on how to handle sensitive information.
- Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skill.
- Experience either working with or within corrections services preferred.
- A sound background in administration, customer services and relationship management.
- Strong computer skills in a range of software packages including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- The ability to innovate and make appropriate recommendations to improve systems and processes
- An understanding of the principles of the Treaty of Waitangi and te Tiriti o Waitangi, and be committed to providing for better outcomes for Māori
