**Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**

Our Strategy & Investment team plays a vital role in shaping our Te Whatu Ora strategies for Data and Digital. We work closely with our partners to create and maintain our strategy and roadmaps, ensuring that our priorities are met, and the vision comes to life.

The Portfolio team focuses on funding for the critical work that Data and Digital undertakes and provides leadership for the investment that flows from this. Equally we ensure that value is realized from the overall investment portfolio, aligned to our strategic priorities.

**Mōu | About you**

As our Portfolio Coordinator, you will play a vital role in helping us manage our integrated investment portfolio. Your tasks will involve supporting various governance forums to make informed decisions,, contributing to our communication efforts and fostering strong stakeholder engagement.

In this role, you will get to play a pivotal part in supporting the team to be organized and run smoothly. As part of this you will track important activities, create documents and presentations, maintain frameworks, provide valuable assistance to our Portfolio Managers, and help keep our meetings on track. Your contribution will be essential to maintaining high standards and achieving our portfolio management goals.

**Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience**
- Hands on experience working in a portfolio structure in large scale, complex environments, in an Information Technology coordination role, including:

- Budgeting, bookkeeping and/or financial reporting
- Drafting portfolio documentation
- Managing the scheduling and coordination of portfolio management and governance activities
- Responsiveness to ad-hoc requests for activities or information from a range of stakeholders. This will span being able to filter and redirect requests, through to gathering information and providing responses.
- Facilitating reporting and management processes for both the overall portfolio and the sub-portfolios.
- Taking responsibility for the provision of portfolio support.
- Creating and maintaining portfolio records, reports, presentations, and proposals, through proactive coordination and input from across stakeholders.
- Capturing and maintaining high level portfolio processes and practices to ensure organisational knowledge is maintained.
- Providing advice on the available standards, procedures, methods, tools, and techniques.
- Ensuring all work reflects responsibilities to the priority of equity and meeting Treaty of Waitangi obligations
