About the role
We are seeking a part-time Accounts Administrator to join our team in the Mount Roskill. In this role, you will be responsible ensuring accurate financial records and timely processing of invoices and payments.
What you'll be doing
- Processing accounts payable and receivable transactions, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations in Xero
- Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
- Bank reconciliations and month-end close processes
- Wages via Smartly Payroll
- Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an accounts administration or similar role
- Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
- Proficient in using Xero accounting software and Microsoft Office applications and Smartly Payroll
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes
