This is a well-established NZ wholesale business with operations all throughout the country and backing from a large multi-national. Based in Mt Wellington with parking on-site, they have very good-looking modern offices and are building a culture focused on employee well-being.

**Some more about the role**

Due to a current employee retiring, we are searching for an amazing Accounts Receivable Administrator to join a tight knit team of 4. You will be responsible for the timely and effective processing of cash collections from debtors.

Key duties will include:

- Timely and accurate processing of AR collections
- Process direct credit banking from bank statements
- Process insurance claims for customers

**So, who are you?**

You will have an absolute passion for accounts receivables and have confidence in end-to-end AR processes in a large complex business environment. Intermediate to advanced level in Excel is a must and previous exposure to large ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle would be advantageous.

As this is a busy role, you will be well organised and have high attention and take a systematic approach to your tasks.
