McLeod Cranes, Hiabs and Transport services a diverse customer base across the north island. We're a values-driven, safety conscious, family business with a stunning new office in Mount Maunganui, and we're looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our team.
About the Role
This is a full-time position reporting to our Administration Manager. You'll play a key role in our finance team with a primary focus on accounts payable, while also supporting invoicing and general office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable ensuring accurate entry of all data
- Prepare and send sales invoices
- Reconcile invoices using Xero
- Answer phone calls and provide excellent customer service
- Order office and business supplies
- Support the Administration Manager & wider team with ad hoc tasks and training
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has proven experience in accounts payable and administration
- Is exceptionally detail-oriented with strong accuracy
- Loves working as part of a team and supporting colleagues
- Has a positive, can-do attitude
- Can manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Enjoys building relationships with suppliers and team members
- Prior experience with Xero would be an advantage
