National Service Desk Coordinator

This exciting action packed role will allow you to work alongside some of New Zealand's most recognised professionals delivering great outcomes to our people and customers across New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities


• Monitor phones and receive incoming calls from our team and clients.


• Schedule, Assign and monitor progress and ensure KPI's are met.


• Assist with communications to support our clients and wider team.


• Assist with the coordination of resources and maintaining healthy channels of communication with our wider team across NZ.


• Provide financial/administration support including monthly client invoicing and supplier bill approvals, Job Loading and allocation within our Jobbing systems.


• Display attributes of a professional and positive attitude and encourage a supportive and collaborative culture.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities


• Excellent organisation and time management skills; able to manage multiple demands and prioritize time efficiently and effectively


• Strong attention to detail


• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite


• Ability to problem solve and think outside the box


• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a Team Player


• Can Do Attitude

Pre-Requisites of Position


• Experience working in a fast paced and diverse environment
