NHR Group is one of New Zealand's most trusted names in light commercial vehicle rental and leasing, with a strong presence across Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington, and Christchurch.

We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our Albany, North Shore team, someone who knows what great service looks like and enjoys working with vehicles as much as people.

If you've worked in vehicle rental, automotive service, leasing, or transport logistics, this role will feel like second nature.


What You'll Be Doing

There's plenty of variety here - no two days are the same. You'll:

  • Welcome customers, manage vehicle handovers, and keep things running smoothly
  • Prepare rental agreements, process payments, and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate vehicle servicing, returns, and availability with the operations team
  • Keep our fleet and site looking sharp
  • Build lasting relationships with both retail and business customers

This is a hands-on role where professionalism, initiative, and attention to detail really matter.


What You'll Bring

  • Proven customer service experience, ideally from vehicle rental, automotive, or logistics
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • A proactive, solutions-driven attitude and the ability to stay cool under pressure
  • Confidence with digital systems and accuracy in documentation
  • Full NZ Class 1 Driver's Licence (Class 2 a bonus)
