ORAFOL, a global leader in adhesive films, reflective materials, and graphic innovations, is launching its New Zealand branch, and we need someone exceptional to help set the foundation.

The Customer Service & Administration Representative plays a key role in supporting customers and internal operations by managing customer interactions, processing orders, and handling general administrative tasks. This role ensures seamless order fulfilment, customer satisfaction, and efficient office operations, contributing to the overall success of ORAFOL New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service and Finance Administration:

·       Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email professionally and promptly

·       Process orders, invoices and payments accurately in a timely manner

·       Provide product and technical support to customers as needed

·       Resolve customer complaints, order discrepancies, and delivery issues

·       Manage customer collections process and bad debtors

·       Maintain customer records and update databases (SAP B1/Salesforce preferred)

·       Collaborate with the warehouse and sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment

Administrative Support:

·       Assist in general office administration, including filing, data entry, and documentation

·       Product Sample preparation

·       Other ad hoc administrative tasks as required by the General Manager

Required Qualifications & Experience

4+ years' experience in customer service and/or administration and accounts (B2B preferred)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to multi-task, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Experience with SAP B1 and Salesforce (preferred)

Highly confident in working with multiple information technology systems

High attention to detail and problem-solving skills

A friendly and professional approach to customer and team interactions
