This is more than just a leadership role. You'll be hands-on, guiding a talented national team of Property Managers while also managing your own diverse portfolio of commercial assets across New Zealand. You'll help shape a high-performing, collaborative culture where people feel supported and empowered to do their best work.

What You'll Do

You'll lead with empathy and clarity, helping your team grow and succeed. You'll work closely with Asset and Facilities Managers to align property performance with strategic goals, and you'll build trusted relationships with tenants, landlords, and investors. You'll also stay close to the action, managing your own portfolio and ensuring everything runs smoothly, from lease administration to financial performance.

What You'll Bring

You're someone who's led property management teams before and knows how to bring out the best in people. You've got a solid background in commercial property, a strategic mindset, and a genuine commitment to excellence. You're also a great communicator who leads with integrity and collaboration.

Key Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years' experience in commercial property management
  • A relevant degree (Property or similar)
  • Strong financial and lease management skills
  • Great attention to detail and organisational know-how
  • A natural ability to build relationships and influence others
