About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Property Services Unlimited (BOP) Ltd. as a full-time Branch Manager. As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Tauranga Central Bay of Plenty branch, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of our property management services to our valued clients.
What you'll be doing
- Manage and lead a team of Staff and Franchisees that deliver high-quality services to our clients
- Oversee the day-to-day operations, which include Scoping work, managing it and checking it off.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the branch's client base and revenue
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and industry regulations
- Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and other stakeholder engagements
- Continuously improve branch operations and implement process efficiencies
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for the team
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years of experience in providing services around Property Services, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Thorough understanding of the property management industry, including relevant legislation and regulations
- Proficient in using property management software and other relevant technologies
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and client satisfaction
