Wolfbrook Property Management is growing and we are looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join our Wellington team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys people, problem-solving and fast-paced work. You will support a Senior Property Manager and learn the full end-to-end management process while building a long-term career in property.

What you will do

  • Support the Senior Property Manager with day-to-day portfolio management.
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance and liaise with trades.
  • Manage tenancy communication and support routine inspections.
  • Process application documents and assist with tenant onboarding.
  • Load listings and support marketing for new properties.
  • Ensure compliance documentation is collected and updated.
  • Handle general administration to keep the portfolio running smoothly.

What you will bring

  • Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with people.
  • Good attention to detail and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Sound organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • A customer first mindset and a willingness to learn.
  • Some experience in property, real estate, customer service or administration is preferred.
  • A full NZ drivers' licence.
