About the role

Quinovic Property Management - Vivian Street is seeking an experienced Front Office Admin & Receptionist to join our busy office specialising in residential property management. This full-time role will be the first point of contact for our clients and requires a professional, friendly and customer-focused approach.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage the front office reception, including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls and email enquiries
  2. Manage key collections and returns with all our support contractors
  3. Actively support our letting team by responding to enquiries and processing applications
  4. Provide administrative support to the wider team, including data entry, file management and general office duties
  5. Contribute to maintaining a positive and organised office environment
  6. Support the Quinovic team with any other ad-hoc tasks as required

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in a similar front office or reception role, ideally within the property management or real estate industry
  2. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to liaise with a wide range of stakeholders
  3. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
  4. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word and Excel
  5. A positive, professional and flexible attitude with a willingness to contribute to the wider team
