**About the role..**
Based at our office in Christchurch NZ, we are searching for a full-time Learning & Development Specialist. The primary purpose of this role is creating and delivering training programs that improve the skills and abilities of employees and the organisation. Day to day responsibilities include;
- Support the People Partners in the delivery of a KMD Brands onboarding program that is tailored for each Brand and Region and relevant for specific departments/roles
- Support the delivery of employee surveys (engagement, diversity & inclusion, pulse, etc) and collaborate with all People Heads across the Group to ensure timely and effective administration and actions
- Understand the entire employee lifecycle to facilitate the development of appropriate learning initiatives that drive employee experience
- Collaborate with the Health & Safety team to develop wellbeing initiatives and programs across the Group
- Support the People Partners to tie DEI programs to KMDB vision, mission and values
- Use all available data to inform the goals of DEI learning and development to design a global program for the unique needs, history and culture of all Brands
- Collaborate with the People Team and relevant business stakeholders to actively drive DEI programs and initiatives through the entire employee lifecycle.

**About you...**
You are Tertiary qualified in HR combined with demonstrated experience in facilitating programs and conversations to solve problems and resolve issues. You will have demonstrated experience of implementing multiple OD methodologies and frameworks into a business with measurable successful outcomes. A global collaborative mindset with the ability to work virtually across multiple countries, time zones and cultures will set you up for success, along with being passionate about the outdoors and sustainability.
