Due to a team member moving into another position, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Receptionist to join our team in Christchurch. The successful candidate will present a warm, friendly, and professional front-line image to all patients and visitors of Intus, whilst undertaking the required tasks to provide excellent customer service.

You will be the welcoming face of our establishment. As a key point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff, you will provide exceptional customer service while managing inquiries, appointments, and administrative tasks with professionalism and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include greeting and assisting patients with empathy and discretion, managing phone calls and correspondence, scheduling appointments, taking payments, and data entry. Your warm demeanour, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail will contribute to the seamless operation and exceptional service experience that defines our healthcare facility.

You will have:

· A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role

· Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and presentation

· Strong organisational and time management skills

· Attention to detail and task completion

· Technological aptitude to learn a new Practice Management system

This position is for 3 days per week with the ability to flex up to cover leave.
