**What will you do?**

This is an exciting opportunity to lead ahigh performing Learning & Development team to deliver world-class learning, development, and education solutions through the design, development, and delivery of L&D initiatives to grow individual, team and organisational capability and performance, in support of Ryman's strategic priorities.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading and overseeing the design, development and delivery of quality learning solutions and resources, such as workshops, eLearning packages and education programmes across Group and Regional functions
- Supporting the Group L&D Manager in developing and operationalising the L&D strategy by delivering value, driving transformation, and building organisational capability
- Managing the annual learning and development work programmes, in conjunction with the Group L&D Manager to ensure appropriate planning and prioritisation of work, ensuring that the work programme is resourced appropriately and completed to a high standard
- Leading a wider team of a total of 8 indirect reports
