Senior Organisational Development Specialist

**About the role**:
We're excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a people-focused Senior Organisational Development Specialist (permanent full time) to join our team based in Hornby, Christchurch. Reporting to the Group Organisational Development Manager and supported by an OD Advisor, you'll lead initiatives that enhance the employee experience across the entire lifecycle, spanning Westland Milk, its sister company Oceania Dairy, and subsidiaries Pure Nutrition, Canary Foods, and EasiYo.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Leading the design and delivery of programmes and initiatives to build organisational capabilities and drive a high-performance culture.
- Collaborating with relevant stakeholders to ensure initiatives are effective and provide and contribute to a positive employee experience.
- Supporting leaders to improve their leadership capability
- Contributing to our diversity, equity and inclusion roadmap to build awareness and DE&I capability

**What you'll bring**:

- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Development, or a related field
- A minimum of 3-5 years' professional experience in an Organisational Development, Learning and Development or HR Business Partner role, ideally within an organisation of similar scale and complexity
- Strong facilitation and communication skills
- Change management and/or project management experience
- Experience working in or alongside operational teams
- Demonstrated experience working alongside people leaders to coach and enhance performance
- Experience collaborating with and influencing a wide range of stakeholders
