Te mahi turanga - About the role

The purpose of the role is to provide L&D coordination support to Brackenridge leaders and staff and the People and Capability team.  Your principal reporting line will be to the Learning and Development Manager.

If you are keen to make a difference in the lives of people with disabilities, we would like to hear from you. You will need to have had experience in the disability sector and have a desire to work with people to support them to achieve their goals.

Nga pukenga, nga tohu ou - What you will need

  • Qualification in Human Resources and / or Learning and Development with substantial experience in Health and Safety and Learning and Development administration or coordination preferred
  • Good knowledge of learning and development, employee wellbeing and health & safety legislation, practices and workplace requirements and a commitment to continuously updating this knowledge
  • Experience in managing a range of broad coordination duties and maintenance of confidential people records
  • Coordination experience preferably in the areas of learning and development, health & safety, employee wellbeing strategies and programmes of work and the delivery and facilitation of staff training
  • Experience in coordination of digital & technology based learning and development solutions and systems and demonstrated confidence and competence with the use of broader IT equipment, software and applications with the ability to adapt to new systems and software

Applicants must have eligibility to work in New Zealand. Brackenridge requires all employees to be Fully Vaccinated and boosted against Covid-19. All new applicants are required to undergo background checking as per the requirements of the Children's Act 2014.
