1. Customer Care Consultant

2. Customer Care Admin Consultant

**Role Purpose**:
As part of this team, you will also:

- Assist in matters related to medical assessments and claims
- Complete medical assessments using appropriate systems
- Other tasks directed by team leaders and managers

**Your key responsibilities include**:
**Administration tasks**:

- Manage queries, requests and complaints from customers
- Monitor multiple inboxes
- Provide quotations and issue policies
- Process medical assessments online
- Ensure tasks are completed accurately, met deadlines and processes in line with guidelines

**Policy tasks**:

- All policy authorisations within limits established by the Customer Care Team Leader and documented operating guidelines by the Company
- Requests for changes to policy are reviewed and approved by the Customer Care Team Leader
- Ensure Underwriting Licence authorities are adhered to at all times and escalate any matters to Customer Care Team Leader or Management

**Customer Relations**:

- Manage customer relationships, interactions and expectations to ensure customer satisfaction and delivery of the best possible service

**Stakeholder Management**:

- Proactively develop and maintain relationships with other Allianz Partners staff and external business partners to ensure our business reputation is professional and positive.
- Experience within a Contact Centre environment would be highly regarded
- Strong communication skills - we are looking for someone who is friendly, loves to collaborate within a team environment, is patient and displays high levels of empathy and care
- Is an active listener who uses their initiative to think outside the box and problem solve
- Someone who resilient, adaptable and able to remain calm in challenging situations
- Intermediate level of Microsoft Office 365, Teams, Excel, Word
- Someone who can work to a pace with attention to detail
