**About the role**

Our dedicated and vibrant Auckland team based in Penrose, have an exciting opportunity to join our Contact Centre team. Our Customer Care Consultants are responsible for maximising sales of HRV whole home solutions. You will be responsible for phoning prospective customers and setting up quality appointments for the sales team to convert.

You will LOVE working in a team environment and be confident communicating with a diverse range of customers and prospects. You want to be the best and will strive every day to achieve personally and professionally.
