**About this role**

Mostly based at the Mercy Hospital site in Epsom, with the option of working at our other Auckland sites some days. This role is a full-time role (40 hours per week), working Monday to Friday within business hours.

As the patient liaison for any queries relating to financial information (including cost estimates and insurance), your main responsibilities include delivering efficient timely responses to patient queries, liaising with insurers and internal stakeholders, and reviewing and updating capture charges before they are sent to the Finance team.
- Administrative or customer service experience in the healthcare industry
- The ability to work autonomously
- The ability to build strong relationships with insurers, and other internal stakeholders
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills
