Customer Service Consultant, Immediate Start

A global Travel Insurance brand with a gorgeous office is the seaside suburb of Takapuna This company values development, culture, performance and people.

**Your new role**
You will be in an inbound phone-based role assisting valued customers and clients in the quoting, sale and administration of insurance policies, as well as supporting clients by answering any queries they may have regarding policies. You will provide outstanding customer service, care and support to your customers.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Customer Service experience
- Confidence in IT and system use
- Excellent phone manner, verbal and written communication
- Attention to detail and listening skills
- Ability to confidently understand in depth policy wording
- Ability to hit the ground running
- Insurance knowledge and experience desired
