**What will you be doing?**
Tower Motor Assessing is a small, cohesive, and supportive team who recognise the importance of succeeding together. We understand the value of cost control, a profitable repair network and a customer-centric outcome with every job. You will build relationships with our clients, repairers, and other internal and external customers.
We conform to our own rules and we're doing things differently and getting results. We have a new and exciting approach that an aspiring Motor Assessor is welcome to be a part of. In this Motor Assessing role, you will be mobile and make use of your company car to meet clients and repairers on site and in workshops while being provided support from our Coordinators, Claim Consultants and your peers.
The energetic and exciting Motor Assessing Team has delivered many successes through the last financial year, and we're not finished yet. We believe this is the best assessing opportunity in the industry today and you will get all the support you may need to keep your career on track.
Your trade qualifications will give you confidence to oversee every aspect of vehicle repairs including cost control, manufacturer recommended techniques, parts sourcing, service level compliance and complaints resolution.
Your business acumen will allow you to spot trends, opportunities and challenges that require attention and by raising those you shall be instrumental in making Tower the lead insurer to do business with.
In return for your skills and efforts. Tower will provide you with support, career growth opportunities, I-Car training, updates on technology and much more. You will also have exposure to the Claims Recovery, Claims Technical, Underwriting and a forward-thinking leadership team.
**What you'll need**
**To be successful in this role, you will also be able to demonstrate the following**:
- Qualification and experience in Auto Electrical or Rural Machinery would be an advantage.
- Ability to identify, diagnose and resolve problems.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- A go-getter attitude.
