**The role**

We are looking for highly motivated professional with excellent relationship and people skills to join our high performing Claims Partnerships and Services team as a Team Leader for the Property & Motor Assessing Coordinators. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and developing the team, ideally bringing at least 2 years of leadership experience, along with a strong understanding of property & motor claims operations, and a genuine desire to deliver excellent customer service.

**Responsibilities**
- Developing and managing the coordinating functions across both property and motor to ensure the efficient and exquisite delivery of service.
- Working closely with assessors & loss adjusters and being responsible for effective workflow management.
- Identifying the opportunities to streamline processes through ongoing improvement.
- Providing dedicated leadership to and development of your team.

**Qualifications and experience**
- Demonstrated experience as a strong leader, managing a close-knit team.
- Good understanding of property & motor claims.
- Strong customer focus.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to offer effective training to upskill team members across both property and motor.
- Great people skills & critical thinking capabilities to work under pressure within the deadlines.
- The flexibility to adapt and evolve with Ando’s Claims strategy.
- Ability to travel when necessary
- Ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders and be approachable.
