**What will you be doing?**
This is a specialist role within the small but highly effective, successful, cohesive and supportive Tower Motor Assessing team. We recognise how important it is that we all succeed together. We understand the value of cost control, a profitable repair network and a customer-centric outcome with every job. You'll build relationships with our clients, repairers, and other internal and external customers as an expert Motor Assessor dealing with escalations, site visits and normal assessing duties.
We conform to our own rules and we're doing things differently and getting results. We have a new and exciting approach that any aspiring Motor Assessor should be excited to be part of. In this mostly Desktop Assessing role you'll have access to a company car to meet clients and repairers on site and in workshops while being provided support from our Coordinators, Claim Consultants and your peers.

Your trade qualifications will give you confidence to oversee every aspect of vehicle repair including cost control, manufacturer recommended techniques, parts sourcing, service level compliance and complaints resolution.
Your business acumen will allow you to spot trends, opportunities and challenges that require attention and by raising those you'll be instrumental in making Tower the lead insurer to do business with.

**What you'll need**
If your Industry recognised qualification or experience is centered around de-escalation or managing challenging situations you improve your chances but so long as you have a desire to get the job done, avoid and resolve problems while negotiating good financial outcomes you're highly suited to our future.
