Motor Assessing Quality Assurance Analyst

Already motor assessing? Looking for someone who wants to change it up and use their assessing skills in a Quality Assurance setting.
**What will you be doing?**
In this role, you will contribute to the success of Tower by reviewing representative samples of claims communications, interactions, and activities against agreed measures to ensure current documented processes are being followed and improvement opportunities are identified.
On a day-to-day basis, you will undertake reviews of assessor claims interactions, identify opportunities for improvement in processes & procedures to improve (i) customer experiences, (ii) meeting compliance obligations, and identify fraud, leakage, and another unnecessary cost in claim fulfilment
In addition, review representative samples of interactions with external suppliers of claims services against contractual obligations and service level agreements
**What you'll need**
To be successful in this role, you will also be able to demonstrate:
- Degree in relevant motor discipline
- Motor industry recognised qualification desired.
- Prior Assessing and Loss Adjusting experience
- Broad knowledge in structural repair procedures and standards
- Thorough knowledge of H&S and the Building Act
- Understanding of building contracts
- Computer Skills (MS Office, Web Browsing, Digital Images)
- Experience in administration, cost control, and the preparation of reports
- Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written.
