We are looking for a Motor Assessor to join our fun and friendly team in our modern Mt Wellington location.

Strengths, Skills, and Experience:

  1. Experience with Motor Vehicle Insurance Claims (Crash/Fire/Theft)

  2. Trade Qualification (Mechanical / Panel / Technical) to validate claims and mitigate repair costs.

  3. Exceptional communication skills and a real eye for detail.

  4. Friendly personality, with a passion for offering great service.

You will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional outcomes to service intermediaries and by extension the end client.

You will be handling:

  • Digital/desktop assessments: Provide sufficient funds to re-instate the vehicle to it's pre-accident condition, in the most economical manner.
  • Compile detailed replacement cost reports of parts and labour.
  • Request quotations and negotiate with repairers in respect of excepted works.
  • Provide expert advice to external and internal customers.
  • Respond to verbal and written queries.
  • Provide excellent and professional customer service.
