We're looking for a HR reporting super star to join our team and take our reporting to the next level. The Senior HR Reporting Analyst is responsible for the full range of reporting and analysis using complex people data. As a stellar communicator, you'll be able to produce meaningful and targeted people focused reports that will assist the senior leaders and wider business managers to make sound business decisions.
In addition to the regular reporting requirements, you'll be juggling a variety of ad hoc reporting requests, contribute to the development of our use of technology and manage the People input for responding to Parliamentary questions and Official Information Act requests.
We're a small but perfectly formed team that is focused on continuous improvement, so we'd love it if you had a proven track record of innovation, bringing new ideas to the table as we progress on our journey to becoming more automated and cloud based.

He pūkenga tou - Skills & Experience
- An understanding of the reporting requirements of the Government sector or a keen desire to develop this knowledge,
- Advanced analytical capabilities,
- Reporting skills and proficiency with a range of technologies including the Microsoft Office suite of programmes,
- The ability to build relationships and clearly communicate messages to our people leaders and business decision makers,
- Experience writing business reports based on quantitative and qualitative analysis and providing recommendations,
- Existing technical knowledge of SQL or the aptitude and desire to learn this technical skill,
- Strong attention to detail and you must thrive when given the autonomy and responsibility in a role.
The annual salary range for this role is $86,707 - $117,309
