We have an awesome permanent opportunity within financial services for an experienced Analyst to support the HR function. Working within a large-scale fast paced business you will be manipulating data to provide the business with a range of reports supporting the HR functions as well as reviewing processes and ensuring that systems are fit for purpose, streamlined and maintained.

You will play a key role in designing, developing and delivering insightful people analytics and reporting to help maintaining organisational culture, values, practices and systems that support their ability to attract, develop, retain, motivate and manage their diverse and talented people.

You will be the conduit within the HR operations to ensure the proper flow and maintenance of people data between Payroll, HR, Finance, and other functions. It will also include monthly reporting, analysing data for the HR function, and establishing records and registers, maintaining the accuracy of these.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys “the detail”, establishing and maintaining stringent processes. You will be able to utilise and expand your analytical skills to track and manipulate data, produce HR dashboards, as well as administration in relation to HR records.

**Other day-to-day duties include**:

- Data Analysis of employee data, creating reports and dashboards
- Provide data manipulation, analysis and administrative support to HR Operations’ cyclical activity and processes as required.
- Preparing and processing payroll
- Maintaining employee data and HR information systems
- Assisting with general HR administration and supporting the activities of the wider HR team

**To be successful in this role you will need to be**:

- Previous Experience with extraction of data and transferring core data into a digestible format
- Have experience with Power BI and Oracle
- Someone who takes initiative with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly aware of confidentiality
- Fastidious with detail
- Qualifications in applied statistics, psychology, HR, business administration or a relevant field
