H2R Consulting are currently assisting our client locate a **Senior HR Reporting Analyst. **This is a permanent opportunity within a great team full of talented and supportive individuals.

**As follows**:
**Pay: $85,000 - $118,000 (dependent on experience) + KS**
**WFH: yes once you are well integrated and trained etc.**
**Flexibility: yes flexible start and finish times.**
**Leave: Additional 3 days annual leave per year**

**Required**:

- An understanding of the reporting requirements of the Government sector or a keen desire to develop this knowledge,
- Advanced analytical capabilities,
- Reporting skills and proficiency with a range of technologies including the Microsoft Office suite of programmes,
- The ability to build relationships and clearly communicate messages to our people leaders and business decision makers,
- Experience writing business reports based on quantitative and qualitative analysis and providing recommendations,
- Existing technical knowledge of SQL or the aptitude and desire to learn this technical skill,
- Strong attention to detail and you must thrive when given the autonomy and responsibility in a role.
