Mo te tunga | About the role:As the HR Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for managing the production and analysis of key HR metrics while ensuring data quality and integrity to support effective decision-making across the organisation.
Oversee the production and analysis of HR metrics according to the reporting schedule.Develop and maintain a comprehensive quantitative analysis process, from data cleaning to presenting findings.Create user-friendly and actionable HR reports and dashboards, both regular and on-demand.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting needs aligned with organisational objectives.Audit and validate HR data to maintain accuracy and integrity.Provide insights and recommendations to HR leadership based on your analyses.Conduct regular audits of HR data to identify inconsistencies or inaccuracies.Monitor position establishment data, ensuring accurate maintenance for reporting requirements.Build effective relationships with key stakeholders for enhanced collaboration.To kete | What you will bring to the role:Technical expertise and experience with Chris21 and/or iChris.Proven experience in HR reporting and analysis, with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in quantitative data analysis.Excellent planning, coordination, and time-management abilities.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for conveying complex information clearly.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data visualisation tools like Power BI.Strong relationship management skills along with a commitment to confidentiality.If you're excited about using your skills to make a difference, we invite you to apply
