As the Senior Evaluation and Reporting Analyst you will lead the design, development and continuous improvement of evaluation and reporting systems and processes to determine appropriate and effective learning metrics. This includes the ongoing development of measures to assess whether learning is successful, collecting data and insights from the business, evaluation and reporting models, and business intelligence feedback loops informing business behaviour and outcomes.
The insights provided by the Senior Analyst are a key resource for the OSD Learning Partners, in their work with OSD leadership teams, and for the overarching Manager OSD Learning and Development, through ensuring visibility, management and measurement of key deliverables.
**Duties will include but are not limited to the following**:
- Design, development and continuous improvement of processes to determine learning metrics including competency frameworks in accordance with best practice learning methodology (e.g. Bloom's taxonomy etc) to achieve business success.
- Design and develop evaluation frameworks and processes in accordance with best practice learning methodology (e.g. Kirkpatrick's levels of evaluation etc).
- Provide specialist advice and expertise to the Manager Learning, Planning and Quality Assurance on the design and development of evaluative and reporting tools.
- Work with the other OSD Learning and Development teams to ensure learning metrics are provided for learning outcomes to achieve business success
- Lead the creation of reporting templates and regular reporting processes.
- Work with the OSD Learning Delivery team to ensure all learning is evaluated in a consistent and effective way.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, training and guidance to the Evaluation and Reporting Analyst (and wider OSD Learning and Development team as necessary) to support their ongoing professional development.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation and offer suggestions for improving current systems and procedures.
- Contribute to a positive team culture that enables the high performance of the OSD Learning and Development team and organisation.

**To be successful in this role you will**:
- Experience with and understanding of development and implementation of major evaluative projects and reporting systems.
- Ability to critically analyse complex information, make recommendations, and present compelling arguments and create effective and pragmatic solutions.
- Ability to communicate effectively to a wide range of people.
- Ability to quickly establish and build strong working relationships and develop trust and credibility with managers and staff.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate clearly.

The appointing salary for this role will be between $94,377 - $131,591 based on skills and experience.
