**H2R** are assisting a Wellington City based organisation locate a highly skilled and experienced HR Systems and Reporting Analyst.

This is for a perm role to look after and manage all of the reporting requirements across the organisation.

The purpose of this position is to be the SME for our HR systems and to be responsible for the ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement of our HR systems, business processes and reporting.

The position ensures the HR systems meet the needs, requirements and objectives of the business and that there are efficient processes in place to support the accuracy of the information held in them.

This position is also integral to supporting the organisations’ people leaders in making important business decisions by providing relevant, up-to-date and accurate information and analysis of data held in our HR systems.

**Salary: $100 - 112,000 base**
**WFH - 3 days per week**

**We need you to have**:

- Technical expertise and experience with a variety of HR systems.
- Experience in developing performance metrics dashboards/scorecards including written analysis of key trends and forecasts.
- Able to facilitate requirements gathering workshops/meetings.
- Knowledge of business improvement processes and able to document business process flows.
- Effective planning, coordination of other resources and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to compose clear written communications.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills and ability to work with a wide range of people and organisations.
- Discreet and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Demonstrated expertise with the Microsoft suite of products.
- Self-motivated with achievement focus.
- Sound knowledge of legislation relating to Human Resources and Payroll activities, in particular the Holidays Act, Employment Relations Act, Wages Protection Act and the Privacy Act.
- At least three years of experience as a systems or business analyst preferably in a medium sized organisation.

**Desired**:

- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or Information Systems Management (desired).
- Technical expertise in large FMIS, SnapHire and/or ServiceNow HR Service Delivery.
