**Mo tenei turanga - about the role**

As part of our Leadership Development team, the Senior Advisor Leadership Development is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating leadership development strategies and programmes. This includes facilitating leadership programmes to empower our leaders at different levels of the organisation. You will build digital leadership resources including videos, toolkits, online modules, and tip sheets. You will also contribute to the development of a talent management and succession planning framework as part of our culture of continuous growth and development.

**To be successful in this role, we'd expect you will have**:

- A proven track record in designing and implementing successful leadership development programmes
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills
- A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience
- Excellent relationship building skills, with the ability to relate to a wide audience
- Clear communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organisation

**The salary range for this role is $114,663 - $127,404 (pro rata), dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.**
