Ara Kaiarahitanga Leadership Development Centre (LDC) is looking for and Assistant Advisor Leadership Development. This role would be suited to someone who can organise and coordinate the delivery of a wide range of face-to-face and virtual learning events.

- Comfortable building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, and
- Curious, agile, adaptable and resilient?

Do you have?
- A relevant qualification or experience coordinating events, programmes and/or workshops
- Expertise dealing with customers and providing great customer service
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Knowledge of tikanga Māori and te ao Māori or te reo is an adbantage, as is an understanding of the implications of te Tiriti on today's society and public service.

**About the team**:
As a business unit within the Te Kawa Mataaho, Public Service Commission, LDC is the primary delivery vehicle for system-wide leadership development. The LDC is focused on developing consistent learning experiences across the public service to build strong leadership capabilities and encourage shared mindsets in our leaders. This role supports the delivery of development experiences to leaders across the public service.
This position usually pays between $58,100 to $65,600 depending on skills and experience.
