Kōrero mō te tūranga ' About the role
The Senior Capability Development Advisor provides capability development advice and consultancy to support a number of workforce capability development projects. Working in partnership with key stakeholders, this exciting role provides analysis of performance requirements to identify learning needs for the development and delivery of appropriate blended learning solutions. The Senior Capability Development Advisor has oversight of organisational learning and orientation, for new starters to our District.
