**Te kāinga rua | The opportunity**
In this role, you will be our newly appointed Managing Director of New Zealand, Andrea Rickard’s trusted support and advisor, enabling their success. As we embark on a journey of transformation this is a diverse role that values partnership where no two days will be the same; the ability to think on your feet using your initiative in an environment that moves fast and changes often is key We are looking for someone to join us who can:
- Be two steps ahead, operating in a 3-6 month planning timescale, proactively managing demanding diaries and schedules externally and internally.
- Liaise with senior-level contacts, screening and prioritising incoming communications, dealing with routine issues and coordinating more complex responses, ensuring these are delivered promptly and effectively.
- Use your judgement to optimise how our leaders spend their time, ensuring balance and focusing on the most important goals.
- Organising extensive and complex travel logistics across New Zealand and globally.
- Manage and organise events and meetings, including curating agendas, booking venues, travel, and accommodation.
- Build strong relationships across partner organisations, internal teams, the company, and the outside world to help get things done quickly and efficiently.
- Collaborate across our executive leadership team and their strong support teams of Executive Assistants, Personal Assistants, Administrators, and business support partners who come together as one team.

You value partnership and leadership and want to move into a role where you can utilise your excellent business acumen and highly developed interpersonal skills. You have liaised with internal staff members and external clients, building solid and lasting relationships at all levels.
As an experienced Executive Assistant, you are experienced at partnering at the executive level. You pride yourself on your organisational and system skills, embracing technology and new ways of doing things. You will be efficient, pay attention to detail, and have a proactive approach to tasks.
