**Your new role**

This is a newly created role and an amazing opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant. This is a pivotal role within the organisation, responsible for providing comprehensive executive-level administration support to the Director and the Sales Manager as required.

Key tasks include (but is not limited to):

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow
- Work in partnership with the Director to establish priorities of work and help manage workload to ensure priority work takes precedence
- Collate relevant financial, business, and other information that may be required
- Prepare reports, documentation and correspondence as required
- Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and deadlines
- Facilitate internal communication (e.g., distribute information and schedule presentations)
- Contribute to organisational wide projects as required
- Act as an internal navigator for organisational systems and processes
- Provide support in the research and drafting of communications as necessary
- Support the wider team when required, assisting and attending to their requests

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Communication: High level of English communication, both written and verbal
- Flexibility: Adaptable to rapid changes in the work environment
- Well-rounded: Ability to handle a variety of responsibilities and tasks
- Superior skills in planning, organisation, implementation and analysis and reporting
- Experience with financial reconciliation in Xero or similar
- Tech-savvy
- Experience with HubSpot or similar software is valued
