We are looking for an **Office Management & Executive Assistant **to support the Managing Director and Leadership team in Unilever, NZ. Responsible for organising the Auckland office and all events run across the NZ team.
**Role Responsibilities**:
- Provide support to the Managing Director, manage office operations/facilities and coordinate organisational priorities by ensuring the Managing Director is armed with all tools to run the business - Diary management and meeting preparation for MD and by extension the leadership team, organise and account for travel arrangements and expenses, maintaining confidential records and reports, being the contact for all employees and Building Manager for office maintenance, superuser and support for all users of Concur and Coupa, and Fleet controller
- Provide support for the preparation of all events by supporting the team and help execute all external customer events, internal events and meeting
- Organise Leadership team meetings and away days, supports and helps execute all internal visitors’ programmes and external engagements
- Drive the USLP agenda by running events/projects throughout the year in the office and being responsible for environment pillar under the USLP strategy inside and outside of the business - Health & Safety Committee, D&I Committee, Chair of the Unilever NZ Incident Management Team and Community Pillar
- Improve the level of individual support for strategic projects and key events by supporting the Leadership team on big functional priorities/events and any key projects identified by the Leadership Team
