**About The Role**

We are looking for a proactive individual who loves all things administration and is interested in playing a key role to support our Insurance Brokers with policy renewals and various administration tasks.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to establish their insurance Broking career or to grow their career.

**Some of your responsibilities will include**
- Supporting up to two Brokers
- Participating in insurance policy pre-renewal, renewal and post-renewal activities including the processing of policies, drafting quotations, endorsements, cancellations and creating renewal reports
- Preparation of insurance documentation for clients and insurers
- Negotiation of policy terms and conditions with insurers
- Being a front-line point of contact for our clients and responding to any inquiries they may have
- Assisting clients with the Claims process
- Office administration responsibilities including reception duties

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- Ideally you will come from an administration or insurance background with strong customer service experience in a solution driven environment
- A customer first mentality and a proactive problem solver
- You will be a motivated self-starter who once up and running are able to work with a level of autonomy
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise your work
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office Products but also the ability to pick up new systems
