Position Type: Part-time, 30 hours per week (flexible configuration)
Reports To: Chief Executive Officer

About the Role
The Business Administrator & Executive Support role is central to the success of the Trust. You'll act as the CEO's strategic partner—supporting decision-making, managing workflows, and ensuring key priorities stay on track.
You will also play a vital role in maintaining financial accuracy, supporting grant compliance, strengthening organisational systems, and enabling our Senior Leadership Team to operate efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in operational excellence, and is motivated by meaningful, mission-driven work.

About You
You will bring professionalism, initiative, and a passion for strengthening operations in a purpose-led organisation. You will be comfortable navigating modern systems and supporting a neurodiverse environment with empathy and clarity.
Skills and Experience:
- 3–5 years' experience in an Executive Assistant, business administration, or operations role.
- Strong financial administration skills and hands-on experience with Xero, including Cost Centres and Tracking Categories.
- Experience with iPayroll and ApprovalMax (highly desirable).
- Proficiency with Google Workspace is essential; experience with new system implementation is an advantage.
- Experience in HR administration and GST preparation.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow through.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- A genuine connection to the Trusts' mission and commitment to supporting community-based non-profit work.
