About Us
At Titan Engineering, we're proud to be part of the larger Busck Group of companies and specialise in the fabrication and installation of quality steelwork and custom metal products.
Our team delivers projects across construction, manufacturing, and infrastructure sectors, with a strong reputation for workmanship, reliability, and safety.
We're a small, close-knit team that values collaboration, initiative, and continuous improvement.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for a capable and motivated Company Administrator who enjoys variety and working alongside people who take pride in what they do.
The Opportunity
This is a hands-on, varied role that's central to how our business runs. You'll provide day-to-day administrative, accounts, and coordination support across the company, with key responsibilities in general accounts, health & safety, and contract administration.
You'll also assist with quantity surveying (QS) tasks — helping track project costs, documentation, and progress.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Administration
- Process supplier invoices, purchase orders, and payments.
- Prepare client invoices and monthly claims; assist with credit control.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records in Accredo.
- Collate and code timesheets and leave forms for payroll
- Support procurement, stock control, and general office administration.
Health & Safety Administration
- Maintain H&S documentation, training records, and certifications.
- Carry out visitor site inductions and manage PPE requirements.
- Maintain incident, evacuation, and safety equipment registers.
- Support Sitewise certification renewals and liaise with the Group H&S Manager.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing JSAs and toolbox meeting documentation.
Contract Administration & QS Support
- Assist with tenders, quotes, and progress claims.
- Track project budgets, costs, and variations.
- Maintain project documentation, SSSPs, and QA records.
- Order materials and manage traceability and mill certification paperwork.
- Liaise between workshop, site supervisors, and management to ensure smooth project communication.
About You
You'll be a confident, organised all-rounder who enjoys working in a busy, practical environment. You'll take pride in accuracy and efficiency, but you'll also be someone who enjoys improving systems and helping things run better.
You'll bring:
- 2–3 years' experience in administration or accounts (engineering or construction preferred).
- Contracts or QS administration experience (preferred but not essential)
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Accredo is a bonus (training provided).
- Knowledge of Health & Safety documentation and compliance.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset.
What We Offer
- Brand new facilities.
- Competitive pay based on experience.
- A supportive, down-to-earth team environment.
- Training on company systems and processes.
- Free parking, and a safe, modern workspace.
- A supportive head office including:
- Group HR Manager
- National H & S Manager
- Group Financial Controller
- Management Accountant
- Senior Quantity Surveying
- Payroll administrator
