- Due to ongoing project pipelined for the upcoming months, we have an exciting new opportunity for an Administrator ‘superstar’ to join our team based in Whangarei. In this busy and varied role, you’ll be providing planning and administration support to our Vegetation Team.**The role**
Reporting to the Business Support Manager, you’ll be bringing your excellent collaboration skills to the fore as daily communication and liaising with the team will be a big aspect of this role. Along with these, you’ll also:
- Raise purchase orders, accurate customer and network invoicing and reconciling projects prior to close-out
- Effectively manage outstanding projects and prepare journals where applicable
- Assist in monthly calculation of Work In Progress
- Provide support to the Project Managers where required

**About you**
To be successful in this role, you’ll be comfortable liaising with multiple people and departments, be detail-focussed and able to see the bigger picture. This is a busy role and no two days will be the same, thus it goes without saying that you’ll be friendly and resilient. To be successful in this role, you’ll also have:
- Previous experience working in a similar or client/customer facing role
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office suite
- System-savvy and ability to learn new software systems
- Strong organisational skills, detail-focussed with the ability to prioritise work to meet targets and deadlines
